What is shading solution used for?
Shading solution is used to thin out the consistency of our luxury line of pigments. Our pigments have a gel-like consistency which allows for maximum retention inside of each hairstroke while microblading.
Do I need it?!
It is only necessary to add 1-2 drops of shading solution when using a machine for shading- this helps to thin out the consistency so that the machine can pull the color into the cartridge.

*an extra drop may be needed if you do not see the pigment come into your cartridge as every machine is different
It is very common to have both microblading and shading (either manual or by machine) done because it gives such a beautiful end result.
